How to Download Certificates and Transcripts from the Leading Quality Dementia Care Program – Dementia Training Australia

Step 1. Once signed in, click on 'My Dashboard' at the top of the DTA website.

Step 2. Click on 'My Learning Plans' to view currently enrolled learning plans.

Step 3. Click on the View Certificate button to access the learning plan certificate.

Step 4. You will now be at the Learning Plan page on Learn.DTA. Select the Download Your Certificate button to download your certificate to your device, once your modules are completed.

Step 5. Going back to the My Learning Plans page on your DTA dashboard, click on the Download Transcript button to access your Learning Plan transcript.
