Are emails sent from DTA being blocked by your organisation email filter?
Many organisations use email filtering services to protect against malicious activity. This is highly important to your organisation's cyber security.
It can also mean that automated emails, such as those sent for sign in from our dta.com.au domain, are either delayed or captured/blocked.
Please try the following:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Sign in to your organisation's email filtering service to allow/release emails received from DTA.
- If you don't have access or require help, please contact your organisation's IT department. Please request that emails from dta.com.au be added to the approved sender list (known as 'whitelisting').
