So you have received a verification code, but it is invalid.
You have followed the steps to login using your email and received a verification code to your inbox.
However, there appears to be a problem with the code.
Common reasons why a verification code may be invalid, include:
- Your code has expired, our verification codes are valid for 30mins after you receive the email.
- You may have requested multiple codes. Only the most recent code request will be valid.
- Your email filter is delaying or blocking our emails, or sending it to junk/spam folders.
- Please try the following:
-
Delete all recent DTA login emails from your email inbox.
-
Using a fresh browser search, navigate to dta.com.au
-
Click Sign in in the top right corner of the screen
-
Enter your email address and click the green button to send a new code to your email address. Note: this email may take a few minutes to arrive.
-
If the email does not arrive please check your spam/junk mailboxes.
Please remember: Verification codes are valid for 30 minutes. If a new code is requested before 30 minutes or multiple new code requests have been logged, only the most recent code is valid.
