Request a course extension

For most users, if you begin a new eLearning enrolment after 28th May 2024, there will be some changes to what the DTA website looks like. Any existing eLearning enrolments from before 28th May 2024, will be marked as DTA 1.0. These enrolments use the existing learning experience that you may already recognise.

Need additional time to complete a course? Not a problem. 

Please complete the following step to extend your course due date.

Step 1. Go to My Enrolments in your Dashboard

Step 2. Find the course for which you would like to request an extension.

Step 3. Click View Enrolment

Step 4. Click Apply for an Extension

Step 5. Select a completion time frame and enter a reason for your request.

Step 6. Click Request Extension. 

Your end date will now be extended and you may continue learning immediately.
