Some users completing the Dementia Friendly Pharmacy course may not be able to complete the course, after failing the assessment for the second time, they are not able to progress to the final section of the course to register as 'Complete'. The following provides explanation to the course structure as well as self-guided steps to re-enrol and re-attempt the course.
At the end of the Dementia Friendly Pharmacy course the assessment must be passed to receive 6 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits*. If the assessment is not passed within the first two attempts, the course content must be completed again and will be marked as 'Completed (Did not pass)'. You are still eligible to claim 3 CPD credits* for completing the course content. A certificate is issued only for course completion with a pass grade on assessment. If claiming 3 CPD credits, we recommend taking a screenshot as evidence for self reporting of your professional development activity.
If you have failed to pass the assessment twice and/or wish to re-attempt the course, go to your dashboard, 'My Enrolments', and select the X on the right side of the course enrolment to delete this instance, then confirm you wish to delete it. Navigate to the course listing to re-enrol. Please note that once you delete your enrolment you will no longer be able to access your previous activity for self reporting evidence purposes.
If you are unable to progress through to a course complete status, it is recommended to re-enrol and/or contact DTA via the help button at the bottom left of this webpage, or via support@dta.com.au.
