How to Generate a Certificate (Learn.DTA)

Step 1. When you finish a course, you will be prompted to click 'Download your Certificate' to save a certificate to your device.

You can also click 'Return to My Dashboard' to view all certificates and eLearning enrolments.

Refer to our COMPLETE COURSE article on how to complete a course so you can access your certificate.

Step 2. If you have previously completed a course and need to access the certificate, navigate to 'My Dashboard' and click on 'My Certificates' to view your awarded certificates.

Step 3. Click on 'View and access Certificate' for the desire course to access your certificate.

Step 4. Your certificate file will now be saved to your device. You can then print, or email as required.
