Certificates are issued immediately upon completing an online course or module.
If you have completed a course but your certificate is not visible, you may need to complete our learner survey. This is required before a certificate can be issued.
To complete the learner survey, go to your DTA Dashboard > visit My Courses > Completed courses tab > complete (or skip) the survey. Once complete, your certificate will generate and become available in My Certificates.
