Certificates are issued immediately upon completing an online course or module.
To access your Certificate(s):
- Visit your DTA Dashboard
- Browse to My Certificates
- Courses you have completed will be listed here. Click the Certificate button
Not visible in My Certificates?
If you have completed a course but your certificate is not visible, you may need to complete our learner survey. This is required before a certificate can be issued.
Complete the learner survey
- Go to your DTA Dashboard
- Browse to My Enrolments
- In the Completed tab, click the View Enrolment for the course you recently completed
- Complete the survey, or choose skip.
- Once complete, your certificate will generate and become available in My Certificates.
