You can log in to your DTA account in 3 simple steps
Step 1: Enter your email address
Click the Sign up or login button at the top right of the website
Step 2: Choose your log in option
Enter your email address: Enter your email address to receive a verification code. Refer to step 3 for further information about using verification codes.
Log in with Apple, Facebook, Google, or Microsoft: If you have an existing account with one of these platforms, you can use that account for direct access to your DTA account, i.e. the login process is complete and the following verification steps do not apply.
Please Note your DTA profile is directly associated with your email address. If you change your login method, try and use an account with the same primary email. If a different email address is used, a duplicate account will be created. But not to worry! Just contact us using the green Help button in the bottom left corner of our website to request a merge of accounts.
Step 3: Enter your verification code
Navigate to your email account to retrieve your 6-digit verification code. Copy and paste this code into the verification field.
Please allow a few minutes for the verification code email to arrive in your inbox. Please check your spam folder if the email has not arrived.
We are aware that Hotmail or Outlook users may experience a delay in receiving emails from our system. Please refer to the following helpful tips or contact Support (via the Help? widget in the bottom left of the DTA home screen) for further advice.
Helpful tips for using verification codes:
- Verification codes are valid for one time access. A new code is required for each login.
- Verification codes are valid for 30mins from the time of request. If 30mins has lapsed since the time of issue, please request a new code.
- Take care not to request multiple codes, as this can lead to confusion. Each time ‘request a new code’ is used, the previous verification code becomes invalid. We recommend only making a single code request in a 30min period. Delete any expired verification emails from your inbox. Only the most recent code will be valid.
You need to follow this process each time you log into your DTA account.
