You may be asked to clear your cache to troubleshoot an issue or rectify a known issue.
To clear your cache:
- Identify your browser. This is the application you use to access websites, e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox.
- Visit http://refreshyourcache.com/ and follow the instructions listed for your browser.
