This appears to impact learners accessing the course via mobile and tablet devices only.
Learners on mobile and tablet devices are experiencing problems viewing the following videos:
Module 1:

- Video: ABC Approach
Module 3:
- Video: Deciding if and when to intervene.
To complete is course, we recommend using a desktop/laptop device, if available.
If your training is already in progress, please contact us to be progressed past these videos (see contact information below).
Alternatively, you can complete the same training content by enrolling in each of the following individual modules:
