Using the Single Sign-On (SSO) option.
You can login to your DTA account using SSO if have an account with any of the following: Apple, Facebook, Google or Microsoft.
If you are already logged in to one of these applications on your device, select the corresponding SSO option to be automatically login to the DTA portal.
For example, if you are currently logged in to your Google account, select the Google SSO option and your Google account credentials (username/Gmail and password) are used to automatically authorise your DTA account access.
If you are not logged in to the chosen application, you will be prompted to enter your credentials associated with that account, i.e. if you choose the Google SSO option when not logged in to your Google account, you will be prompted to enter your Google account credentials (username/email and password).
Important note for existing DTA account holders:
Your DTA profile is associated with your email address. To avoid having multiple DTA accounts, use a SSO option with the same email credential as your DTA profile.
For example, when I set up my DTA account, I used my yahoo email. My facebook account is associated with the same yahoo email. Therefore, I can utilise the Facebook SSO to log in to my DTA account.
However, If I set up my DTA account utilising my yahoo email, but then use the Google SSO (i.e my Gmail address), I will have created multiple DTA profiles. If this happens to you, don't worry - simply contact Support, nominate your primary email, and we will merge your accounts.
